My Name is Joshua DaVanon. Being a realtor for 2 years (at the time of writing this) has opened my eyes to the serious problem people have wanting to pull the trigger on purchasing a home.  I personally have rented for 10 years and have constantly felt the pressure of pursuing homeownership and the longing for a yard. This business was built off of that frustration and to help people who’ve been stuck — renters with good intentions, steady income, and big dreams, but limited access. I want to help the newly minted homeowners onto a better financial path so they can purchase their own land and do away with the lot rent too! Thats where BrightLit Homes will differ from other communities we aren't in the game of long-term tenants and raising lot rents we are just looking to help people own their own little home so they can feel that pressure lift off of their chest.
